  • Which structures and processes are necessary to adopt a social strategy; which goals should be individually achieved and with which measures? (implementation of social strategy)
  • How can social performance be continuously monitored by the use of indicators? (Devise social indicators)
  • How can the company communicate about social aspects?  (Communication strategies)
  • Have the social goals been achieved? (Monitor social goals)
  • Is Social Management effective? (Evaluate strategy, process, effects)
